1️⃣ Sign up
Fill in the sing up form. It only takes 5 min to complete it.
2️⃣ Pick up your e-bike
After the sign up please come to our office and get your bike in Warsaw at Al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia 81A/1.
3️⃣ Enjoy the ride
If you have technical problem with the bike - we will provide you with a replacement e-bike right away. Normal wear and tear is free of charge. Physical damages are always paid by the client.
4️⃣ End rental
To end your rental you should bring the bike back to our office, from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 17:00, except public holidays.
What do I need to start?
1. At least 18 years of age
2. Identity document (Dowód osobisty, Karta pobytu or Passport)
3. Payment card MasterCard / Visa
4. And that's it :)
Is a deposit required to start the rental?
No deposit is required.
When does my rental start?
Your rental starts right after you pick up an e-bike.
Where can I pick up the reserved e-bike?
Only after successful registration, our e-bikes are released at our hub at Al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia 81A / 1, in Warsaw.
Can I pay for the rental in cash / by a bank transfer?
No, we only accept cashless payments via Mastercard or Visa cards.
Is it safe to add a payment card for automatic rental payments?
The payment system we use is completely safe because we do not store your bank details. We use the same payment platform as Twitter, Shopify or Instacart.
I have noticed a vehicle fault, what should I do?
If you notice loose bolts, chain problems or disturbing noises - visit our service hub for a repair. We will try to repair your bike immediately or provide you with a replacement e-bike.
How long does it take to charge the battery on the e-bike?
In just four hours, the battery will be charged to approx. 80%. It only takes seven hours to fully charge the battery.
What are the costs of charging the battery on an e-bike?
One full battery charge costs about PLN 0.60.
Can I repair the e-bike myself?
Under no circumstances should you repair your e-bike yourself. Any defects and damages to the e-bike are repaired at an authorised service hub or other location designated by GreenMo.
Can I use the e-bike in the rain?
Yes, there is no problem for using an electric bike in rain or snow. The bike is completely safe in all weather conditions.
Where can I find my unique referral code?
Your GreenMo user ID is a unique referral code that you can find in every email from us. For example, it looks like this: 16BV8WT52oLWkasW.
Copy this code and pass it on to a friend. Your discount will be automatically applied to your next weekly payment.
