How to rent a bike?
1️⃣ Sign upPlease press "Rent now" button to Sign up. It only takes 2 min to complete sign up process.
2️⃣ Pick up your bike
After the sign up please come to our office and get your bike in Warsaw at Al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia 81A/1. You can pick up your bike anytime from 11:00 to 18:00. Please do not forget to bring your ID (Passport OR Karta Pobytu) for verification.
3️⃣ Enjoy the rideIf you would have ANY technical problem with the bike we will repair it in our office or provide you with a replacement e-bike. No need to pay anything.
Payment for your weekly rental is deducted automatically every week at the same time, from the payment card that you link to your account upon registration.
Additionally we may charge you for damages to the bike that are caused by you or third parties, as a result of accident or vandalism.
If you are not sure what some payment is deducted for, please check your e-mail. We send you an invoice for every payment deducted from your card with detailed description of the charge.
👨🏻🔧 Broken bike
In case your ebike has broken and not working properly, please visit our service hub at your earliest convenience.
We will either fix your bike or replace it with identical one. Our operating hours are always the same, from Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 18:00.
If you are not able to ride your e-bike to our office, you may take it to the bus or tram to bring it to our office. We do not offer ebike pick up service.
If your bike has broken down during a weekend when our office is closed, no rent reductions are made and those 2 days are paid in full.
🛑 Stop rental
To stop your rental you should bring the bike back to our office from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 18:00, except public holidays.
Our employee will inspect your bike for damages. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your rental has been ended.
The payments from your card will be stopped, only after the bike is returned and inspected and all outstanding invoices for rent and damages are covered.
📍Locations & Service Hours
Our office is open from 11:00 to 18:00 from Monday through Friday.
We are closed on weekends and public holidays, so please plan your service accordingly.
In the event of a delay in any payment (for rental or damaged parts) for more than 7 days, GreenMo unilaterally terminates the rental agreement due to the fault of the client. The customer is obliged to return the bike to the office within one working day after the termination of the contract.
Upon termination of the contract, the client is blacklisted without the possibility of using GreenMo services in the future, in any of the cities in which GreenMo provides its services.
In case of untimely return of the bike to the office within one day after the termination of the contract due to the fault of the client, for each day of delay with the return of the bike, GreenMo charges PLN 100 fine, up to a maximum of 3 days.
After 3 days after the termination of the contract due to the fault of the client, if the bike is not delivered to the office - the bike is considered stolen, and GreenMo files a complaint with the police about such an incident, using all the client's data provided during registration. The police have the right to refer the case to the prosecutor's office if the customer refuses to return the stolen bike.
🔑 Lost/broken key
If you have lost any of the two keys, please visit our service hub to get a replacement key. The cost of the replacement key is 39 zl.
The payment for the replacement key will deducted from your card, that is linked to your account in the system.
In the event of an accident involving a car and obvious damage to the rented bike, please provide the following information:
- Photo / video from the scene of an accident, in particular a bicycle and a car
- Car license plates
- Car insurance policy number with the name of the insurance company
- Exact time of the accident
- Exact address of the accident
If the driver of the car is at fault in the accident, we can cover the cost of repairing the bike using the insurance information you provide. In case of failure to provide the above data, or providing incomplete data, the cost of repair is paid by the GreenMo client.
🕵🏻 Stolen bike
If you bike has been stolen, please report the theft immediately to the police and notify GreenMo via Telegram or E-mail.
If the bike is stolen due to your fault, i.e. the rear wheel lock was not locked and the bike was not tied with a chain, we will ask you to pay 100% of the price of the bike - PLN 5.000.
If the bike is stolen due to no fault of yours, i.e. the rear wheel lock was locked and the bike was tied with a chain, we will ask you to pay only 50% of the price of the bike - PLN 2.500. GreenMo will cover the remaining 50% of the cost.
To prove if the bike was properly locked or not - you must present the rear wheel lock key.
